Replaces analog video communication, which degrades over distance and is vulnerable to electronic warfare. Fiber optics are the only channel where electronic warfare does not work. Digital H.265 provides a stable image at ranges of 40–60 km and is ready for integration with AI target recognition systems. An optical signal level indicator allows the pilot to assess the approach to the target - analog systems do not have this ability.

Detects the video signal of FPV drones on approach and gives an audible warning. Critical for civilians in front-line areas: minibus drivers, truckers, patrol officers - have time to leave the car. The unique whitelist/blacklist function filters "their" drones and shows only threats. Powered by field batteries via XT60 — no need for a power outlet or cigarette lighter.

Standard fiber optic reels have a hidden problem: when transported to position, the upper turns get jammed between the lower ones due to friction, the fiber gets tangled or breaks - and the operator only finds out about it at the moment of start-up. VORTEX eliminates this problem: lay-out from the inside, zero friction, no speed restrictions from the reel. Mission success rate increases from 10–30% to 80%+.
